Role Purpose
- The IT Business Analyst in Corporate Group is one of the team members in managing the unit related matters as well as contact point to the user end. Generally, he/she:
- Managing engagement with stakeholders including requirements, communication and development.
- Management of overall delivery of the solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.
Principle Accountabilities
- Conduct and prepare business requirement gathering, impact analysis and feasibility study. Provide overall system integration analysis and project dimensioning e.g. cost, timeline and deliverables.
- Be the bridge between business and IT to satisfy the demand and request.
- Be the overall IT solutions point of reference in both functional and technical especially on existing systems like ICCS, eBilling, OCS, CIBS, etc. Maintain a high level of functional competency and awareness of the solutions that the section is managing.
- Assisting HoS and HoD on day to day BAU.
- Participate and manage in project planning, paper work and implementation including RFP process.
- Manage and own the issue list, changes, and relevant documentations.
- Manage and collaborate with solution vendors to ensure the operational excellence.
