Role Purpose

• The Solution Analyst in Business Analytics unit is one of the team members that managing the unit related matters as well as providing technical expertise on its solutions. Generally, he/she:
• Provision of strategic, tactical and operational advice to business/users on applications, software and systems.
• Determine architecture and design of solutions for a variety of business and technical environments.
• Build and deploy the solutions in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Principle Accountabilities
• Be the solution expert and point of reference in both functional and technical for Customer Insight Data Mart (CIDM), Pricing, Data Modeling and other relevant systems. Maintain a high level of technical competency and awareness of the solutions.
• Assisting HoS and HoD on day to day BAU.
• Participate (and manage the small-medium size project) in project planning, paper work and implementation including RFP process.
• Conduct and prepare business requirement gathering, impact analysis and feasibility study. Provide overall system integration analysis and project dimensioning e.g. cost, timeline and deliverables.
• Ensure solution is delivered according to the drawn guiding principles, correct techniques, standards and best practices. Actively review and analyze the solution for improvement and its relevancy
• Manage the issue list, bug fixes, changes, patches and releases, and also the solution???s relevant documentations.
• Participate in the solution development and deployment, and where necessary involve in the actual build including designing, coding and testing.
• Manage and collaborate with solution vendors to ensure the operational excellence.
• Qualification, Skill

Experience and knowledgeable in:

• SQL Query / PLSQL.
• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Project Management
• Solution Design/Architecture
• Analytical and Problem Solving
• Web, mobile and client base solution
• Database - Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL
• Programming/Scripting - Java, PHP
• IT Infrastructure and Security
• System Integration
