Responsibilities
- A programme that is established with the purpose to develop young, energetic and talented people for Celcom. Hence, it is about:
- A 12-months programme designed to deliver a holistic approach to learning and development that focus on knowledge, skills, experience and to achieve Young Talents career aspiration
- To train and develop Celcom’s Young Talents through a series of structured programme training supported with multiple project assignments and on-job training (OJT)
Requirements
- Required skill(s): communication, analytical.
- Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Business Administration/ Management/ Marketing/ Human Resources/ Finance/ Accounting or any other related disciplines
- 1st Class Honors Degree / Masters Degree Programme OR minimum 2nd Class Upper OR minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above
- Excellent track record in curricular activities
- Excellent command of English (Oral & Written)
