Senior Manager, Human Resources

To provide a broad range of Human Resources interventions, which supports DHL (country) in achieving its business goals and conform to Regional guidelines. Create and maintain Human Resources awareness thought the management team, assisting them to develop positive employee motivation and Company culture, and positions DHL as being a preferred employer in the local market.

Internal and External customers includes Country/Line Manager, Legal/Statutory Bodies, Regional HR and
Training Providers

4. IT literate (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
5. Has a business viewpoint
6. Project & People Management
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Excellent facilitation and training skills
9. Analyzing skills and analytical thinking
10. Negotiation skills
11. Counseling and listening
12. Articulate in explaining issues/problem
13. Able to formulate policy documents that may be required.
14. Communication skills, spoken and written (English and BM)
