Reporting to Assistant Manager, Business Support, you will be responsible for the following duties:-

- Support account managers
- Prepare and verify quotations and billings
- Assist in account presentation and account review
- Customer profile maintenance
- Handle and monitor cross trade shipments
- Data analysis and report writing
- Handle customers enquiries and complaints

Requirements:

- Diploma or above
- 1- 2 year relevant experience
- Detail-minded and careful
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
