Responsibilities:
Handle customers' enquiries on the Bank's products and services.
Process customers' transactions accurately in accordance to the set procedures and guidelines.
Respond to customers' requests efficiently and customers' complaints promptly.
Deliver world class 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline.
Candidate with working experience in card centre, telemarketing, banking operations or customer service are highly recommended to apply.
Knowledge in third language / dialect will be advantageous.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to communicate with customers of all levels.
A strong team player.
Willing to work on a 24-hour shift.
Must possess own transportation.
