Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Product Development Department @ Bank Muamalat

Responsibilities:


Conducting R&D activities and developing conceptual framework for product innovation.
Planning and designing new product, packaging and/or related business initiatives with appropriate shariah concept and ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Organizing and coordinating Product Working Committees (PWC) from the relevant departments/stakeholders in order to execute the product development process flow.
Preparing business proposal and obtaining necessary approvals.
Coordinating and providing support for the related operational matters.
Administering product pilot test/ roll out and activities.
Provide product briefing / training, business support and advisory function.
Handling Bank Negara Approval Repository Systems (PARS), management reporting, external reporting, audit trail and other administrative functions.



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Islamic Banking or Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in Product Development.
A matured team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity.
Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong oral and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
